Returns

You are eligible for a return within 14 days of receiving your parcel. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To request a refund, please email us at the address below, and we will send you a return form to complete. Once we receive and process your return, your refund will be issued. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and a processing fee of 3.00 € will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Damages and issue

We carefully inspect every order before shipping, but if you notice any issues upon receiving your item—such as defects, damage, or receiving the wrong product—please contact us immediately. We’ll assess the situation and do our best to make it right.
